Order Modifications: Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 1 hours of the order confirmation.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. For international orders, customs processing may cause delays.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive sometimes a tracking number if possible to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 1 day of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached and you need to provide an exact reason.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@kercova.agency for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
